These notes and these draft narratives take origin in a more distant period, long before this last return to Greece and long before my uprooting from Lebanon and its civil war. The journey goes back to the abyss of childhood and its joy and traumas. One could describe it as dip into a remote past but I would rather consider it as a projectile hovering above a future battlefield.
